![]() ![]() In 2015 Rummo introduce a line of gluten-free pasta made from brown rice, white corn and yellow corn. Once its melted, add minced garlic and allow to cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add the large skillet pan back to a burner on medium high heat with the diced pancetta. Do not rinse pasta in water or add olive oil. Strain pasta, reserving ½ cup of pasta water. Add butter to a large pan over medium heat. Add angel hair pasta to boiling water and cook until just under al dente (about 2 minutes less than the package recommends). Before draining, reserve a cup of pasta water and set aside. Rummo Pasta earned the Bureau Veritas certification for its resistance to over-cooking and the quality of the durum wheat used to make it. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
